STAFF (Southern Tier Alliance Fighting Flock) is a group of neighbors, local organizations, and everyday people across the Southern Tier of New York who care deeply about privacy. They bring together community members from all across the political spectrum around a simple belief: nobody should be subjected to warrantless mass surveillance or have Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) tracking their every move. From Apalachin to Windsor and everywhere in between, they are standing up to keep local communities free and private.
